Who doesn’t desire deeper connection in today’s modern ‘over-connected’ world? 

As women we are biologically primed for this, so we can acutely feel when it’s not available, often leading to feelings of emptiness and despair. 

However, this type of connection doesn’t begin outside of ourselves. Rather it begins by turning towards and venturing in to our own bodies. To feel what it means to live within our own skins. To experience the rich landscape of our inner world. To tap into our natural genius, rhythm and wisdom.

This three hour immersion is a gentle invitation into your body. To start the journey back to your innate birthright. You’ll:

• learn the true meaning of embodiment
• participate in safe practices to relax, sensitise and open your body
• discover how to stay with what’s happening in your body and how to use this process as a way to create genuine intimacy and connection with another
• explore a broad range of feminine archetype expressions to stretch your experience of living in a woman’s body

Sharon is an ex-corporate communications executive turned women’s wellbeing advocate, storyteller and writer. Passionate about changing the narratives of what it means to be a well and vital woman across all seasons of life, Sharon weaves together story, knowledge and life experience in her 1:1 mentoring and facilitation of circles, classes and immersions.

She is a certified instructor of The Non-Linear Movement Method® and Intimacy and Attraction Workshop® (created by Michaela Boehm), and is currently writing her first memoir — a story of her own reclaiming of womanhood through illness.
